We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three nights, and our experience was truly exceptional. The primary reason for this was the hotel manager, Jenney Xu. From the moment we checked in to our departure, Jenney's professionalism, efficiency, and warm hospitality were evident. She was a friendly face during our stay and was always available to assist us with all our needs, no matter how big or small. Jenney displayed a level of service that went far beyond our expectations. She made our check-in process smooth and efficient, answered all our queries promptly, and was quick to resolve any issues we encountered during our stay. Her attention to detail, proactive approach, and genuinely caring attitude made us feel as if we were the only guests at the hotel.

September 11 was my birthday, and my boyfriend and I chose the Sofitel Sunrich Hotel. Everything was magical. The staff speaks English fluently. Everyone is very friendly and polite. I especially want to note and thank the administrator Lauren Zhang, with her help the settlement was very comfortable. Lauren is a real professional in her field, she helped in everything, and was very friendly. Our room was specially decorated in honor of my birthday, a bottle of wine, fruit and strawberry mousse cake were presented from the hotel as a compliment. Breakfast at the hotel is in Chinese style, but the choice of food is good, everything was delicious. Our stay at the hotel was magical. We will definitely go back there again!

The location is great. Good restaurants, and shopping centers nearby. The breakfast was very extensive. You had everything you could wish for, from European to Chinese cuisine. The staff in the lobby was very helpful. The taxi we took from the airport to the hotel made us pay too much. When we told the staff about this, they called the taxi company and made a complaint. After 2 days, the staff even passed on the money to us, which the taxi company refunded. I feel very bad because I have not seen the two helpful colleagues again. You deserved a big tip. Cawan was the name of one of the staff. So thank you again.

We had a minor accident and needed to go to the hospital. The duty managers Jack and Cavin went above and beyond in taking care of us and ensuring that we would be okay. I can't thank them enough. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk to the Tian He shopping district. Not too far but I enjoyed taking up the scenery walking there. The walk leads you through a underground subway tunnel with lots of snack shops to try.

The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in China - very high quality and HUGE selection. For example, the bacon is hand carved off a slab of meat, not out of a package like most other hotels. Very impressed. The room itself was spacious but a little dated. Bar is open until 2am which is later than most hotel bars in China. Location is great, in the heart of Tianhe close to awesome bars and restaurants. Huge gym with lots of equipment.
